shade.verbatim — Should verbatim environments be shaded?

Description
In the FO stylesheet, if this parameter is non-zero then the
shade.verbatim.style properties will be applied
to verbatim environments.
In the HTML stylesheet, this parameter is now deprecated. Use
CSS instead.
